Overall, this is a very good rental for groups. The common entertainment area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice and large. The bedrooms were all good except for one that was a bit smaller and connected to the outdoor laundry room. Bathrooms all modern and good sized. One shower needs some attention as the flow was all pins and needles and not pleasant. Ample hot water for everyone’s bathing. Location was good, although it should be noted that it’s next to the Walmart and somewhat noisy in the warehouse area. A few things need attention- two picture frames fell off the wall in the middle of the night in one of the bedrooms. It was obvious that this was not the first time at least one of them had fallen (frame and glass was taped up). In the same room, our guests were temporarily locked in their room because the door handle/lock system was loose. Fortunately, we were able to work on the door handle to get it unlocked. The dining chairs are in need of some new padding/upholstery- you have to sit in a hole in some of them. The lighting is very poor in the living and dining rooms for reading or playing games. Lamps would help for sure. There are lots of windows, but you won’t want to open any of them other than the front terrace door because of the unsightly views out of every one of them. Some small updates/repairs could take care of all of these issues.
