2nd stay

Amazing views, very responsive staff members to my emails about using the appliances, nice pool and hot tub. Close to coffee shops. Walking distances to museums. Great place for a gamily vacation. This is my second stay here and I always enjoyed it.

Loved the apt but partly chose it because they had a pool but pool seemed to forever under maintenance and for a 1 week stay, it was never available.

The apartment was just as advertised and was perfect for my stay with a lovely view. I'd say it was in a great location, easy to get to various places from there. The team were very accommodating and I had great communication with them throughout my stay. The amenities were also great (I used the gym, pool and co-working space). The only frustrating thing I'd say was having to show my pass and have it scanned every time I came into the building, but other than that, it was perfect and I'd definitely stay here again.

Mexico City Vacation

The apartment was in the Reforma area of Mexico City. Close to downtown core. A lot of museums were within walking distance which I absolutely loved. The facility itself was beautiful and modern. The views from my floor was amazing. I especially love the gym. I had the 1 bedroom, King bed, with a sofa bed for 10 days. It was a quiet and secure building. The concierge was very quick to respond to my questions about the garbage and gym access. I have a washer and dryer in my unit. Please note, there is no air conditioning in the unit. They do supply fans which I used at night. I loved my stay. I want to stay there again. I highly recommend this place for couples or solo vacationers.

I wld come back

The room was small, and kitchen area particularly sparse. Things were missing, like only one washcloth, but they did respond immediately when i told them that the shower was ridiculous, slippery and nothing to grab on to. the next day they provided several mats and one for the shower, so i wld say good response. the deck made everything livable. And we did have a great view of the monument.

El alojamiento nunca tuvo electricidad, entre el encargado que le hechaba la culpa a mantenimiento del edificio y ellos al encargado, nunca fueron a verificarla hasta el ultimo dia. Les pedi abandonar el establecimiento inmediatamente y me hicieran un reembolso, para no pagar doble y despues no regresaran nada y nunca contestaron, hoteles.com tampoco hizo nada. Decepción de lugar, no hay comunicacion y no arreglan nada. No renten aqui.
