My partner and I stayed here for one week when we were in town for a wedding. We chose this location due to its proximity to all the places we had planned to go. It was walking distance to many popular attractions/areas which was a big plus for us as we are big walkers. Uber had no problem finding the place for those late nights. Despite being in a nightlife zone, we felt perfectly safe day and night and enjoyed feeling more immersed with the locals. As for the noise some had pointed out, yes, there are noises from the bars when out walking around but once we were inside the hotel and in our room, we did not hear anything. Perhaps being on the top floor facing the back side also helped, however, having travelled to many big cities and living in one, the city noise was nothing out of ordinary. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch for days we wanted to start leisurely. Did not use the gym nor the sauna but they looked clean. So was our room upon arrival and after each cleaning. All the staff we encountered were kind and courteous. Aldair and David who happened to work the night shifts the week we were there were absolute gems to this establishment. Many pleasant conversations were had with them from them asking how our day in their lovely city went, us asking for recommendations, practising Spanish with us and more. They were a true highlight of our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in CDMX!

I had a great room in the fourth floor with a balcony. I enjoyed the view from the room. The staff was helpful and I felt safe at night. If you wake up easily, the rooms with balconies facing the bars may not be the best option for you. Ask them to place you in a room that is facing away from the bars. I didn’t mind so I enjoyed my time there.

My room looked just like the web photo. Not exactly cosy but clean and comfortable. I arrived at 3 a.m. on October 16th, exhausted. The gentleman at the desk was so helpful and welcoming, the fact that I had spent 18 hours in transit seemed irrelevant. Throughout my stay, the doormen were fantastic, making me feel at home and very much a valued guest. Anything I asked about was addressed immediately. There were some minor issues such as a drippy shower and the amenity pumps not working. Breakfast was low key and peaceful even though my options were limited by dietary restrictions. Toward the end of my stay, a group moved in to the room next door and there was noise but I sleep with earplugs so it was not overly disruptive. Street noise was not an issue for me most days as my room was toward the back of the building. Lots of towels, comfortable bed, reliable wifi, adequate storage for clothes, decent counter space in the bathroom, full size blow dryer. Great location for walking or catching the metro, handy shop on the corner to grab bottles of water each day.

I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always great, super friendly and very welcoming. The room always feels clean, the bed is comfortable and the room offers all of the essentials. WiFi works great for those who need to work remotely. The area is also surrounded by many bars, restaurants and cafes and located close to reforma. Definitely recommend!

The area is extremely noisy at night, full of night clubs with loud music. The hotel, rather than be straight forward about it before one reserves, provides you with a device which creates bland noises to cover the street noise. The problem is that it does not and it is impossible to fall asleep in the rooms which are above the street.

I found the hotel in very good conditions, the rooms were very comfortable, large and spacious. Bathroom cleanness was remarkable, this was a big highlight, beds were in very good conditions and comfortable, while the pillows can improve a little bit to be honest, but in general OK.

This hotel is great! The rooms are perfect, the service is really good and the area is great! the breaksfast sizes are a little small so if you are someone who eats a lot it is not for you, but in my opinion the breakfast was really good.

We loved this hotel it was walkable to many locations there were many things around us like bars, restaurants, markets, and many tourist sites like the angle of dependence that only took us 6 minutes to walk to. We felt safe the entire time. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The only downsides are if you are a light sleeper this might not be the hotel for you, because you can hear the nightlife going on at night since there are bars all around you. The other thing is that compared to the rest of the city this area seemed a little bit more dirty but that’s not a big issue. Other than that I 100% recommend this hotel and location and I would definitely stay here again.

We didnt drive we went in an Uber from the airport. Heading to the airport about 15/20 minutes at a red light we were robbed at Gunpoint. We told the guy at the hotel and he did not even care. Hotel was clean. We had breakfast twice, they were short staff and we kept having to remind staff that they forget stuff we ordered. I was literally getting ready to walk away because I felt like we were being ignored.
