The hotel room had poor lighting. The chain lock on the door was loose with only one screw on. The shower gel was the same as the soap that was nearby the sink to wash hands. It was evident that window wall was being worked on. The job was left half ways and it did not look aesthetically nice. Room service knocked on our door at 9am while we where still sleeping and not ready to check out.

Slidind doors to entrance were not working. Parking open space not secured. Lighting in room not good. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom and room had broken parts. Paint on walls plus patches and spots. Smell of cleaners too strong in room. One microwave for the entire place.

It was a nice room. It was quiet. The only down fall was there was no wash clothes and no hand towels, very little shower gel and the shower floor had sand/ rocks (probably from bad grout).

Staff was very helpful and attentive to are needs. We negotiated to use the bus for are special even. They have buffed style breakfast everyday. Room was clean it has a blow dryer A/C / Heater and TV. Enough plugs for your electronics. We didn’t like that we had to ask for the remotes at the front desk. We also had to leave are DL at the desk if we wanted to use the iron. They didn’t have enough towels in the bathrooms and if we would ask for more they said they didn’t have extras. The beds were okay not the best. Parking was limited as well. Over all okay I guess you get what you pay for.
