Only stay if there ain’t any other option

I’d only stay here if it was last resort the hotel rooms were dirty and the door keys didn’t work the weekend we stood and they didn't tell us till after we paid which sucked because we had to go to the front desk and ask for them to open our room doors both nights we stood there 1 out the 3 rooms we got had a working key for one day and then it stopped, the rooms had no towels and they seemed a bit dirty also the light switch don’t work only one does and it turns on all the lights in the room which is a hassle during night trying to use the restroom without waking everyone else up because in order to turn the restroom light the lights inside the room also turn on , only good thing is location and the pool area and patio area were nice

The room at Colonial Hotel wasn’t ready as promised, but the location was great. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Service could’ve been quicker. Decent stay, but not exceptional.

Dumpster fire of the hotels

Sigue la traducción al español. I checked into the Hotel Colonial on Saturday. Upon arriving in my room, I noticed that there were no pillowcases. I immediately informed the receptionist, who assured me that they would provide them. However, after an hour, I had not received them, so I followed up at the front desk. At that time, I was informed that they did not have any pillowcases available. On my third inquiry, I was told that the hotel does not use pillowcases at all. As a result, I had to purchase my own pillowcases from Soriana. This raises serious hygiene concerns, as it means hotel guests are sleeping on pillows that may have been used by others without proper protection. Me registré en el Hotel Colonial el sábado. Al llegar a mi habitación, noté que no había fundas de almohada. Inmediatamente le informé a la recepcionista, quien me aseguró que me las proporcionarían. Sin embargo, después de una hora, no las había recibido, así que me comuniqué con la recepción. En ese momento, me informaron que no tenían fundas de almohada disponibles.
