Those Bed frames!!

The bathroom shower has mold & so does the bathroom sink, the room is clean but has a musty odor in it. THE BED!! The corner of the bed frame is a hazard, the wooden frame sticks out and not only my husband but other family members who also stayed there at the same time as us hurt themselves with the end corners of the bed frame. When I hit my knee cap I heard it crack, please get rid of those bed frames , I can only imagine how many people have gotten hurt ! Now I’m all bruised up both legs! When I got there to check in and pay for my room, I was told they do not take dollar bills, so What would have happened if I had not had a credit card with me! What do you mean you accept dollar bills??

My whole experience at this place was the worst ever. And it was solely based on an error by your application. But the property made it worse by the attitude. They were giving me when I had chosen a room with two beds for three people, and when I get there, it was one bed. Although the representative on the chat is working to get My the proper staff were rude.

The floors were full of mold. The restroom towels were dirty, not clean. The pillowcases were dirty Used , there was no shampoo or bar of soap provided , The conditions were horrible. The AC was really loud Weren’t able to sleep left a day before. The bed of sheets were really dirty .

When you enter the property its like entering a high profile prison. There are 2 locked doors before you get the reception. I received 1 key I was traveling with my teenage son who likes to go to the pool or the gym. I asked for a second key and the very rude receptionist declined saying they cant give a second key and that they could open the doors for us if needed. I didnt think card keys were that expensive. Also the room had a stingy smell and the blankets smelled moldy. When we left my son was itching all over. There was no body lotion. The walls are paper thin we could here the people on both sides of the room clearly. The hotel quite unkept. I would not recommend staying here. There are other hotels in the area for the same price that offer better amenities or at least the receptionist is nicer.

Need key 2 get into the hotel when u arrive. They have a phone 2 call the front desk, but nobody answered. Somewhat secure because u have 2 use a card 2 get into the lobby & from the lobby into the rooms/elevator area. However, the doors remain open for a period of time that allows others 2 come & go freely until they close again. This is how we entered when we arrived. Simply followed someone into the lobby because the front desk was not answering the phone for the front door. :/ Rooms are not cleaned daily. Oh we don't clean daily. We question the quality of any cleaning as the sheets were gray vs white, the towels were gray vs white. The kitchen counter had residual food stuck on it. As for cleaning (maid service), they don't come in & make the beds & maybe take out the trash or bring fresh towels. We had 2 go 2 the front desk on day 2 w/our used/dirty towels & exchange them for new. We had 2 request extra toilet paper. They only provided 1 roll of tp for 3 adults when we arrived. They only provided 2 bath towels for 3 adults when we arrived. They only provided 1 hand towel for 3 adults when we arrived. They provided 1 bar of soap for 3 adults when we arrived. They provided 2 little shampoo bottles for 3 adults when we arrived. Floors were dusty/dirty. Needed mopped. Never saw a mop anywhere in the hotel during our stay. The refrigerator was dripping/leaking water inside onto the top shelf - leaked onto our food stored inside & soaked it. All in all not a good stay.
