My husband and i recently stayed at The Moorings for 5 nights. We were supplied with one small tube of shampoo, one small tube of conditioner, one small tube of body wash along with a small cake of soap. Placed on the table in the sitting area was a notice stating that if further toiletries were required, we would need to purchase them ourselves. The Moorings is not cheap accommodation. We stayed the following three nights at other accommodation at half the price and our toiletries were replenished every day if required. Lysbeth Brady

Property was well presented and conveniently situated to all shops, cafes and restaurants. Property had great pool both indoor and outdoor including a spa. Able to go walking on both sides of the Lakes/water. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great place to holiday and relax.

Had a lovely weekend at The Moorings recently check in to check out was simple and everything was exceptional. The apartment was very spacious for the 4 of us, the amenities were excellent. Walking distance to the local pub and cafes. Will definitely be back next year with our boat as there were moorings right at the back to use.

Overall disappointed, I travel frequently for work and get the opportunity to stay at different accommodation. The accommodation looked great in the pictures but for the cost it wasn't value for money. You could hear what the next room was discussing, the road was basically out the back door and while one person could sit on a lounge chair the other had a choice of sitting on the bed or dining chair and add a charge at the mini bar for water. The previous night I stayed at accommodation, which was $100 cheaper with two recliners, better presented and more room along with free water, orange juice, milk, cereal, etc for breakfast the following morning for their guests, Unfortunately I won't be coming back in the near future.
