Ground Level Apartment | Methven

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. This home is the ground floor level and the upstairs is also an Airbnb/holiday home. From here you can walk to the hot pools, Methven's local amenities and eateries, as well as the Ski Bus a few hundred metres from the apartment.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right here, we can't wait to have you stay!

Within the apartment, we have Fibre Internet, a Smart TV for you to stream your favourite shows, a fully equipped pantry, storage for your skis in the laundry area and a heat pump to keep you cosy. The outdoor alfresco area is sheltered and has a large picnic table and a BBQ for you to utilize.

There are two bathrooms in the house, with a toilet and shower in each. The bedrooms inside the house consist of two queen beds, and two king single beds and the sleepout also has a queen-sized bed. There is storage within all bedrooms so you can unpack your bags, whether you are here for two nights or two months.

The entire home is accessible for guests.

Methven based manager available to assist during the stay as required.

Please be aware when there are guests staying upstairs you may hear some noise but we do not tolerate parties in either apartment.

Plenty of room for the 5 of us, furnishings simple but comfortable, nice central location in town
We had a great stay, we were quite comfortable and the apartment had everything we required. The communication with the owner was great with clear pre-entry information given the day prior to check in and prompt answering of enquiries during our stay. The location of the property in town made walking to local shops easy. Our only negative was the noise of the upstairs apartment occupants moving around travelled quite well through the floor. Not a big issue but something to be aware of.
