This is a great hotel, so comfortable, perfectly located in Messina, really wonderful staff always looking for ways to help with your stay, I couldn’t rate this property highly enough, just perfect for a stay in this exciting city.

The location is near all the attractions. The facility is very new. Our room is spaciouse and face the Harbour and can see the Madona Satus.the satffs are very friendly. The breakfast is good.

We had a nice room with a great view. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. To enter the first time, the keypad process was unclear - there were two outside (one in the left and one on the right sides of the door) pick the panel on the left.

Wonderful hotel, would highly recommend

Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, great service and staff. Breakfast was great also. Great for visiting Messina, close to all attractions including the Duomo. Great theatre across from hotel with free concert and lovely restaurant up the side street next to the theatre. Great view from room, we were able to watch the arrival and departure of many ships including cruise ships and the boat trains.

We had a great stay. We are visiting from the USA and are booking hotels as we go, not ahead of time. We found this hotel around 6-7 PM and rang from the keypad on site. We were instructed to communicate from WhatsApp and everything from there went smoothly and quickly (as there wasn’t a host on site at that time). Everything was electronic including the keypad entry. The room was adorable and had the most comfortable bed and pillows we had yet encountered in 2 weeks of touring Italy. We had an issue with the temperature of our room but immediately received remote help. The sunshades were appreciated as they blacked out the room to allow for sleeping in. The shower was huge and had a hand held attachment and also a rainfall shower head. This was the first hotel we encountered that offered conditioner, they also provided disposable slippers. The blow dryer wasn’t the hottest but it still worked (and probably better for your hair). And we absolutely LOVED the young woman that greeted us in the morning and provided us coffee at the provided breakfast. She was so kind and thanked us for our stay and answered any questions we had even if they weren’t related to our stay. We wouldn’t have booked a 2nd night here if we had the time to stay longer. If we return to Messina. We will book here. 10/10!

We highly recommend this hotel!!! We cannot express enough of how amazing the staff were….hotel was beautifully appointed! Rooms were stunning with views of the seas and cruise ships. Breakfast was wonderful, freshly made scrambled eggs with lots of fruit and pastries. Would rate this hotel a 5 ⭐️

The staff was impeccable. The owner didn't speak much English,and she was there to greet us when we arrived. The two young people who ran the day to day spoke perfect English, and They were VERY accomodating. There is not someone on property 24 hours, so just ask all your questions before 8pm. There was no problem. We left early, before breakfast opened, and we were able to still get coffee and something to eat anyway. they were very interesting. Rooms modern and sparkling clean!

Jolly Charme Suite is beautiful, clean, and very modern. We had a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina. The staff was exceptional and was there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was unbelievable. I can't say enough positive things about his place. When we go back to Messina to visit family, we will only stay at Jolly.

Messina is the second largest city in Sicily so we thought we should see it since we were on our way to Taormina and Catania. Not much to see, another church and most everything was closed except for restaurants and the main church. The best part of visiting Messina was these suites. You could see they were recently renovated. I took a tour of several as they are all different. Each is lovely, and beautifully decorated!!! Breakfast fantastic!! Also, suites are updated with technology. Codes, pins, etc to get in the building, room and within room. Very user friendly (for those technology savy people)!
