Stand-alone 220 m² holiday home and sauna house right on the water with a view of Rügen. With its special location between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 30 minutes. accessible by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site from February 2018. The entire approximately 3000 m² property is fenced and partly surrounded by hedges and bushes. In the garden there is a tree / play house for children. On the lake side there is a large terrace with a barbecue.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week at this property. The views were breathtaking, expecially from the tree swing. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together but if needed also find a quiet momment of sanctuary alone in the many different nooks in and outside the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utinsils needed to cook or BBQ outside. Thanks again for a wonderful place for our family to reconnect and rejuvinate.

Beautiful holiday

We had a very cosy weekend with the family after a patient handover of the house. The house has a great location with a very impressive view of the water in front of the door. The bedrooms were very cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a fireplace in the living room to make an additional fire. Thanks to the whole team!

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit vielen Belehrungen und Verhaltensvorschriften, hat das Gefühl vermittelt, es ist eine Schulklasse angereist. Sehr gut eingerichtetes Objekt. Aufenthalt war okay. Größere Wege bis zur Bademöglichkeit.Einzäunung des Grundstücks lückenhaft. Aufenthalt mit Hund ist zu überdenken.

Sehr schönes Haus, schönes Ambiente, tolles Außengelände, weitläufiger Garten!Auch viele Personen verteilen sich gut im Haus, es wirkt nicht eng, sondern großzügig. Den Lagerfeuerplatz und den Grill fanden wir ebenfalls toll!Unser Bett hat gequietscht. Die Stühle für die maximale Personenanzahl sind zu wenig, haben wir mit Gartenstühlen ergänzt. Also alles nicht dramatisch.

Tolles Haus für Liebhaber von Ruhe und Natur

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub in Frätow.Die ruhige Lage , mit den sportlichen Möglichkeiten hat es uns sehr angetan .Vom Wandern auf dem Deich über Fußball , Federball , Tischtennis, Volleyball und Fußballtennis bis zum Ruderboot fahren haben wir uns super beschäftigen können. Das Haus ist mit einer vorzüglichen Küche ausgestattet und auch die Betten lassen einen geruhsamen Schlaf zu.Zum Entspannen läd das tolle Saunahaus ein . Im Alter von 10 bis 90 Jahre haben sich alle Familienmitglieder wohl gefühlt.Wir kommen wieder !!!

Tolle Unterkunft in Superlage

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft mit unseren 3 Kindern und Partnern sowie 2 Enkelkindern, (4 Monate und 15 Monate) und 1 Hund verbracht. Das Haus ist riesig, für 10 Erwachsene plus Kinder) sind Betten vorhanden, sehr geschmackvolle großzügige Ausstattung, großer abgeschlossener Garten, direkt am Bodden; schöne Sauna, Tischtennisplatte, viele gute Bücher, Musik, Fernsehen. Für die Kinder gibt es außerdem eine Sandkiste, eine Abenteuerhütte, für die Erwachsenen eine Baumschaukel und ein Ruderboot. Was das Haus aktuell nicht hat ist Internet. Bei dem großen Freizeitangebot haben wir das aber (fast) nicht vermisst.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Das Haus nebst Gartengelände und Saunahaus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet , einfach zum Wohlfühlen . Es war eine schöne Zeit und es hat allen egefallen :.)). Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf den Darß, Rügen und Usedom.Die Biker haben es genossen ... Urgroßmütter genossen den tollen Ausblick auf den gemütlichen Sesseln in den Garten auf den Bodden ...oder auf der Sonnenterasse ... Die Kinder konnten sich toll und sicher auf dem Grundstück bewegen , nebenan noch ein Fußballplatz . Natur pur , ruhig ..Vögelzwitschern weckte uns... Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder . Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus, die Lage ist ruhig gelegen, genau was wir für die Zeit gesucht haben. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sehr großzügig, sodass man mit 11 Erwachsenen genügend Platz hat. Das Saunahaus ist wirklich toll, lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein. Die Großfamilie hat die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Es mangelt nicht an Mobiliar, Besteck, Töpfen oder technischen Geräten. Zwei Kleinigkeiten müssen Gäste wissen: 1. Man hat keinen Zugriff auf das WLAN. Das ist heutzutage ungewöhnlich. 2. Es gibt 2 Toiletten, beide in die Bäder integriert. Da muss man sich schon sehr mögen! Das Haus ist ansonsten wundervoll. Sehr schön gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Absolute Ruhe. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Schöne gemütliche Woche

Wir haben eine entspannte Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend groß für eine Gruppe und sehr gemütlich. Den Kamin haben wir sehr genossen. Für das schöne Saunahaus hatten wir leider gar keine Zeit, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Autominuten gut zu erreichen. Man bekommt alles was man braucht. Alles in einem eine super entspannte Woche für uns alle :-)

Tolle Urlaubswoche mit Meerblick

Das Boddenhus ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für 10-12 Erwachsene. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Essbereich sehr schön und gemütlich gestaltet. Wir haben vor allem den riesigen schönen Garten, den Blick aufs Meer, das Saunahaus und das Ruderboot vor der Tür genossen. Die Kommunikation sowie Ein- und Auschecken haben super funktioniert. Einzig die vielen Mücken waren nervig, aber da kann ja niemand etwas dafür. Wir hatten eine großartige Woche und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Boddenhus Frätow

Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt hier benötigten. Selbst Kuchenbackformen und Mixer sind vorhanden, so dass dem Backen der Geburtstagtorte nichts im Wege stand. Der von uns am meisten genutzte Gegenstand war der Geschirrspüler :), was bei neun Personen schon eine große Zeitersparnis bedeutet. Beim Mieten des Hauses sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass man zum Fortkommen und Einkaufen ein Auto benötigt. Aber dafür hat man himmlische Ruhe, einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Bodden und einen traumhaft großen Naturgarten. Zwei kleine Wünsche hätten wir für einen nächsten Besuch im Boddenhus. Es wäre super, wenn die beschriebenen Fahrräder zur Verfügung ständen und wenn man mindestens einen zweiten Schlüssel für das Haus bekommen könnte. Bei neun Erwachsenen hat man nicht immer die gleichen Ausflugsziele, mit gleichen Abflug- oder Ankunftszeiten :). Das hat unserem vergangenen traumhaften sonnigen Aufenthalt nicht geschadet, aber wünschenwert wäre es. Danke für den erholsamen Urlaub!

Tolles Haus mit wunderbarem Saunahäuschen

Wir waren in der ersten Januarwoche mit 7 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer (Hr. Heimpold, nicht am Ort) via Telefon/E-Mail lief schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Auch die Haushälterin war sehr nett und bot einen guten Service (z.B. Handtücher nachliefern). Das Haus ist geräumig, komfortabel und sauber. Fast alle Schlafzimmer sind im ersten Stock und ähnlich eingerichtet: überall steht z.B. ein großer Schreibtisch. In zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es auch ein Kinderbett. Das Bad oben (mit Badewanne) ist wirklich groß. Das WZ mit Kamin und großer Couch ist sehr gemütlich. Im EZ steht ein großer Tisch für 10 Personen (reicht aber auch für 12 Personen). Prima war auch der Wirtschaftsraum für die Vorräte; die Waschmaschine steht auch dort. Der Hammer ist das Saunahäuschen mit Couch, 4 Liegen, Kaminofen, mehreren großen Glastüren (mit Vorhang) und Ausblick auf die Ostsee. In die Sauna passen so 3 Personen und der Ofen ist aufgusstauglich. Eine kleine Stereoanlage steht auch zur Verfügung.
