Brand new hotel with a very stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Breakfast is ok if not outstanding. ( really bad coffee at breskfast. Something that would have been easy to fix). Pillows are very large and uncomfortable. And the pictures of a beach at the booking site are very misleading. The hotel is nowhere near a beach.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The room was extremely cold, and despite calling the reception , our request was ignored. No assistance was provided throughout the night. My family, especially the children, had to endure the cold until morning without any support from the reception or service staff. Due to this lack of care and responsibility, we decided to leave the hotel and book another one the next day. This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like Dedeman. Because of how this situation was handled, I will never choose any Dedeman hotel again. Best regards

Oda temizliği ve konforu ile harikaydı. Aile odasında arada kapı, iki ayrı klima ve iki banyo bulunmakta. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Eksi diyebileceğim yönler oda kartı her gün sıfırlanıyordu, her gün resepsiyona gidip yeniden açtırdım.
