This beautiful unit will reward you with an amazing and spectacular ocean view, walking distance from Dominica's most popular beach "Mero Beach". This unit has one queen and twin size bed, fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the items required for cooking. A four burner gas stove/oven and microwave is ready for you to cook your favorite dish. It's also equipped with internet, cable TV, and a blue tooth speaker. We supply beach cooler and beach towels for you to use at the beach.
The town of Roseau in the south and Portsmouth in the north is less than 20 minutes drive away where you can enjoy shopping, sightseeing and a variety of restaurants. You will feel relaxed and at home in this quiet, serene environment. We look forward to having you.

Had a good 5 day stay. Was greeted on arrival by the person caring for the house. He showed me where everything was located and all the instructions i needed to know. The house was clean and everything needed as far as appliances, gadgets, supplies was provided. The A/C works great. There’s no cable on the tv so if you need tv bring a Roku/firestick etc. Theres a very secure privacy gate which made me feel more comfortable and secure. The house is up a very steep hill so transportation is a plus but walking is doable also. To get to the main road and to the beach, It took me about 5-10min easy walk down and about 15-20min walk up. The walk up will test how in shape you are Would stay here again if needed.

The location of Elaine's is perfect for exploring Dominica. We had a fantastic 11 day stay and managed to catch the sunset from the deck at Elaine's almost every night. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, the place was clean with plenty of spare towels and beach towels, the AC worked very well (and was quiet!). The bed is on the firm/hard side but in good shape. Elaine and Kurt were quick at responding to small issues that arose and helpful as we tried to find our way around. Note that Dominica is not set up for tourists as many places are, so don't expect luxurious furnishings and spa-like surroundings, unless, like us, you consider this entire Island a natural spa beyond compare. But everything, from the wifi and smart TV to the shower and range, worked as it should and we found this the perfect place from which to launch our exploration of Dominica.One other note: Elaine's is expanding and there is an adjacent building under construction, but all work was stopped while there were guests in the dwelling. This was very much appreciated! We look forward to perhaps staying in the new addition sometime.

We had a great week at Elaine’s. Very responsive to communication. The gated property is perfectly located in a quiet area in west central Dominica. The space is more than adequate with a full kitchen, dining room, living room with plenty of comfortable seating area and large TV, bedroom, and bathroom. Also has a washer and dryer which were a plus. The view from the balcony is outstanding. We are in and out of Dominica a few times per year. Hopefully, Elaine’s will be available next time. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

Beautiful Spot!

Very nice apartment, beautiful location. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The balcony had an incredible 180 degree view of the coast. Very private, quiet and secure. The proximity to Mero (10 minute walk down the hill and 20 minute very steep walk back up) was a real bonus. This is a lovely village, with very friendly and welcoming locals, good food and possibly the best swimming beach on the island. The town is centrally located on the west coast so it's an easy trip north or south and to many of the hiking and snorkeling sites elsewhere on the island. The lodging and location are highly recommended.

Fantastic house with a beautiful view!

The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far.

It's a perfect place for rest and purification of the mine from the business of life. A nest to see the amazing work of the Most High YHWH and give HIM all the Praise Glory and Honor that belongs to HIM. A home away from home. Try it you will have no regret.
