I fully paid for my booking online before I arrived. At checkin they took a deposit from me 'in case of damage' and explained that it would be refunded if there was no damage found and if I had not used anything more than what I had already paid for. I have now left and it's two weeks since I checked in and I have not had the deposit refunded. I did no damage, had no breakfast, and all I used was the bed, shower, towels and a glass for drinking water from. I used the express checkout as I had to leave early to catch a flight. Why have I not had the deposit refunded? Is this a sneaky trick you play on all your guests? Also checkin was very slow. I waited 25 minutes.

Steps away from the baggage claim- and what a beautiful area and hotel! Able to get food from the bar at 1015p and awesome breakfast buffet. Awesome hotel, great pick!

Hotel is nice, excellent location to airport. Staff is mixed: some friendly and competent others neither. Having to pay an extra EUR 39 for early check in even if the room is ready (and for a Hilton honors member) is quite irritating and not customer oriented.
