Jamie and Heather are such people persons, walk to the beach 200m, a block to an amazing fish and chip shop called Fishpen Takeaway, it was such a quiet location only the noise from the trees and waves. Clean inside had so much more than we thought would be there. Definitely holiday there in the future.

Great place- in site property managers who were super friendly. Pool is very clean- its heated. Solar heated pool. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The appartment is very clean and well equipped. Lots of board games and books. Location is great - very central.

We liked its location and the convenience of it being fully self contained. It was clean and tidy and appeared to be renovated not that long ago. Everything worked as it should. If we were really picky we could say it would be nice to have a tv in the master bedroom We would and have recommended it to others

Close to the beach but not too busy.

Close to main street, nice cafe, playground just down the street from unit. Close to beach. Quiet unit with everything you need to be self contained. Hosts accomodating, easy booking process.

Great location, family friendly and close to beach

Lovely comfortable clean property. Hosts were friendly, lovely and nothing was any trouble for them. Some units had bathtubs, which was perfect for us as we are a couple with a toddler. Very close to the main beach in Merimbula and local attractions. Value for money. Nice quiet complex. Parking close to units.

Merimbula holiday

Good location close to ocean each and shopping centre 20 min walk.Skimped on soap bars 2 better and very cheap toilet paper, it just disinteregrated. Front door and some windows needed to have been left open, it smelt a bit odd when first walked in. Enjoyed a good holiday close to beach and mountains. Picked up several info maps from Merimbule Info.but sign posting to relevant sites was missing

Good location

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment downstairs facing the pool. Very pleasant stay, spacious apartment located one street back from the beach. The weather was warm but we received a cool breeze off the ocean which flowed through the apartment. Walking distance to Merimbula shops and cafes. Older apartments but very clean. The management were very friendly.
