It is one-star because of dishonesty. I absolutely accept there is a policy they will charge if you cancel outside the cancelation policy. My issue is they told us they wouldn't charge us because we were stranded 6 hrs away outside our conteol then charged us anyways and then said deal with it. That is one star because you cant rate it as zero stars.

Beautiful and wonderfully clean. The check in staff was excellent, friendly and offered suggestions to our questions. Beds were great! The only drawback was getting to the place from I20 going east. Coming off the off ramp doesn't allow enough distance to move to the left lane to turn. Frustrating but we finally got there. Next time will just go up and make a u-turn.
