Comfortable, clean, and great staff!!

We were in town to see my aunt but when I booked I mistakenly booked the incorrect night. After having a difficult time correcting with Hotel.com, I was instructed to reach out the this hotel myself. The hotel manager could not have been nicer and helpful. She was able to get me a refund while a booked the correct night. I actually got to meet her and she's such a nice nice person. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was awesome. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is outdated. All the furniture in my room is worn out. The pictures do not match the room. The pics are outdated as well. I will not stay here again. The fire alarm was set off by me turning the heat on. The balcony has remnats of cigarette butts. Not what i expected.

I liked the room and everything about it. The front desk people were really great. I did not like being on the first floor with guest running around the room above me late hours at night and early in the morning.
