I didn’t stay there. Was staying in Meridian Utah and booked there by mistake. They would not refund my money. It was hard enough going to my nephews funeral without being charged for a room in a state I wasn’t even close to.

The breakfast food was good. The person working that area was excellent. She kept things stocked and cleaned with a smile on her face. Every person working there was nice and helpful. With the exception of the lady working hard in the breakfast room I saw everyone else on their phones multiple times. That was very unprofessional and extremely frustrating as a guest.

I was impressed with how helpful housekeeping was in helping me with my laundry. The guest dryer was out of order, and after I verified that, they offered me the use of housekeeping’s laundry area to dry my clothes after I washed them in the guest washer. Although I had to wait until they had finished washing and drying sheets and towels. So I thought they were very kind.

Very clean room. Stayed in a king suite. Spacious, excellent house keeping, kept the bed made, trash taken and towels refreshed each day. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. The pool is ok. It is covered (indoor), but not heated. It is suitable on a hot summer day, but not luxury. There is a breakfast provided, but 3 stars at most. Edible, but it's minimal. The property itself is very clean and it's in a good location compared to interstate and main retail areas in the city.
