Too noisy to sleep comfortably

The hotel looked fantastic upon arrival. The front desk manager was pleasant. Upon entering the first room, I turned on the air conditioning and noticed a high pitched ramp up of power. I waited a few moments and decided I could not be comfortable in this room. I went back downstairs and asked for a room change, explaining the A/C issue. I was told that many rooms are that way. I went to the second room and it was not better, if a little worse, with constant noise and rattling, not only from my room unit but others also. I could not even hear the television. Breakfast was very good.

We arrived around 830 PM tired from driving all day and found out they had no water service. We just needed to sleep and they put us on the first floor where there was a little pressure on the hot water outlets. Got to the room and the TV remote was missing. Went to the desk and we got another remote from a different room. That turned on the TV but no sound or picture. Went back to the desk and they decided to move us to a different room. Grabbed our stuff and settled in to the new room. Everything worked as it should in that room except of course the water. We had to take the ice bucket, fill it with hot water and pour it in the toilet bowl to make it flush. I'll never stay here again or book through expedia, who called at 11 pm, after we were in bed, to ask if we wanted them to find us another room. Terrible experience.

The check in was rough. My reservation could not be found. After several trys and no luck they shut down and rebooted computer and it was there.

Not great!

We were checked in by a gentleman who seemed bothered by our presence, and was not informed about breakfast or anything except that he locks the door whenever it gets dark! We did not immediately go to our room because we were visiting with family. Once we got into our room, the bathroom was filthy with a huge stain that could have been either haur dye or rust who knows... then the next morning the water was shut off due to a burst pipe which is out of their control, but they could have notified their guests who were staying about the situation. Overall, I feel we were charged entirely too much money for the stay! I will go elsewhere next time.
