The parking area was dark and water pools around making it had to get to the entrance. I saw some shady people walking area the parking area and the lighting was not good there also. The young man James was very nice and friendly, made me feel very comfortable. The room was clean. My only issue with the room is that the carpeted area was a bit dirty. The room could do with an air freshener to make it smell better. It was smelly just needed a nicer air freshener

It was very nice the view was so beautiful the beds were so nice and clean and tidy just the bathroom had no exhaust overall it was very good breakfast they helped my kids with the waffles. Extra fee for the parking which was not mentioned in the booking was a disappointment.

Convenient for trains

Decent tower hotel very close to the station with good views. Comfy bed & good shower. Aircon, fridge and coffee machine in the room. Good hot breakfast from 0600.

I don’t think i have experienced this in recent times - No lid on WindowAC, no ventilation in restroom etc. they say they’ve parking, but it’s paid (~$3/hr r $16 max)

There was an overwhelming smell in my room, like super strong cleaning products. I found it very off-putting. It clung to every item I had with me (suitcase, clothes, phone charger, purse). I've run my clothes through the washing machine twice since getting home, and I can still smell it faintly. The parking lot was full of garbage and broken glass, and the parking garage was full of puddles despite being underground. The staff was nice and breakfast was fine.
