Winnipesaukee waterfront in Meredith with fabulous newer addition! This super family retreat is located at the mouth of a sheltered cove with immediate access to the open lake! Fabulous sunsets. Wireless internet. 4 bedrooms plus a bunk bed in the lower level (separated from the family room by a room divider). Deck and patio area, nicely landscaped yard, 2 docks for up to two 21' boats. Make this charming home your vacation spot!! A small dog may be allowed with owner's approval and $175 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at time of booking.
New for 2025: Mini-split A/C units on the main floor (living area/dining/kitchen) and primary bedroom on second floor.
Max: 3 cars.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $175.
