Spend your time at this country home with a sunrise over the pines or gather the family for cooking in the large fully stocked kitchen with bar, eat in table, adjoining dining room and a picnic table in the sun room. You can also load the grill right out the back door on the patio and enjoy the fire pit and large sitting area.

Wonderful Place to Stay
We really enjoyed the house which has an old feeling yet is extremely well updated! Very nice amenities and much more spacious than expected! Plenty of privacy for all! Very clean too! Would definitely stay again in the future! Beautiful area too!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay our expected time. My husband required surgery this Monday so we had to cut our time short. It was very beautiful but we did have the time to enjoy it.

A wonderful place
A wonderful home,lots of updates ,really nice . A big yard outside,firepit w/chairs,lots of room esp if you have kid's.There is a smaller rental on property with a pond, looks nice also. Doesnt have a tv in bedroom #2, or shades. The steps going down into dining room are not good. But we loved the time there and im sure will also.... Karen

Relaxing weekend away
We had a great relaxing long weekend at Whispering Pines. The house was very well decorated and furnished. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. A short walk to Moon Lake village, and just down the road from Mentone.

Winter Family get-a-way
This was a very special trip for my family. My mom has wanted to visit Mentone for a couple of years and have all of her family with her. We finally made it happen for her this year. Whispering Pines was the perfect home for all of us. We had the best time just hanging out, cooking, grilling and sitting by the outside fire pit. We took one day to visit Mentone and shop and we went hiking at Little River Canyon and falls which was absolutely beautiful. This was a special time for my family to be together because we lost my 28 year old cousin and one of his favorite places to hike was at Little River Canyon. We prayed for snow and it snowed. Everything in this home was updated, clean and beyond anything we could have wanted or needed. Thank you so much for providing such a place for making memories!

Quiet get a way
Very nice, updated farmhouse with a great location. Close to hiking, shopping, canoeing and many other activities. We just enjoyed being in the whispering pines to unwind. Thanks for a relaxing weekend get a way.
