The View Suite is an Inn guest favorite because of the majestic 3 State view on Lookout Mountain which can be viewed while snuggling in the king sized bed or on the comfortable sofa. Please note this is a bed and breakfast, and common areas are featured in the photos! Bed/bath is private. Listen and watch the train in the distant valley as it winds its way through the valley below.

There are 2 common areas each with a gas fireplace, one upstairs and one downstairs. The common area on The View level has a sitting area, a mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and Keurig coffee pot. Enjoy the swing on the deck. Bar-b-Que on the deck. Please note this is a bed and breakfast, and common areas are featured in the photos! Bed/bath is private.
Revel in the three-state mountain view and the peaceful pastoral valley view below from the deck while enjoying your breakfast outside listening to the sounds of nature and the singing of birds.

Please note - prior to booking there is 18 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the Inn, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the Suite which includes – tea, Keurig coffee cups, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
