Right location but inadequate …
Having to traverse two very narrow Spiral staircases before getting to the apartment was challenging and quite dangerous for older people and young children.
Air con was TOTALLY inadequate which resulted in at least 3 nights of uncomfortable sleeping.
WiFi was 4mb download speed, come on that was the speed about 10 years ago, again totally inadequate for us 4 staying there.
Bedroom 1 has NO STORAGE you have to walk across the living room and onto the stair case area to store your clothes etc.
You could barely stand up in bedrooms 2 and 3 and we are not tall people.
Basically this property is not worth what we paid and I wish there could be some kind of compensation especially for the totally inadequate air conditioning (portable air cons provided )

Appartement in center of Menthon
Well located, in. Enter. Boulangerie and grocery store 1 minute away. Lake 10 mins easy walk away. Parking nearby for a fee can be challenging in summer.
There were a few areas not well cleaned with spiders nets. Access to the usable space is by 2 narrow spiral stairwells that are risky for children and older people, and even adults. Was very hot, an A/C unit advertised did nothing to cool down the space. Bedding of mediocre quality. The main space has some charm. Bathroom is a bit oddly shaped and shower not of high quality. The 2 upper levels of this 4 level structure have 3 Bars, small, with limited furniture. Overall, pricey for the quality of the rental. Well located, apprpropriate for young folks not expecting high standards.
