Spacious rooms equipped with all comfort. Comfortable bed, and pleasant sitting area. Parking at the venue was very easy and convenient. Reception staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was in South-American style: sweet light bites and fresh fruits. I very much appreciated a small attention the staff had arranged for my birthday during my stay.

Hotel excelente. Boa localização, calmo, tranquila a região, perto da Sarmiento. Quarto confortável, colchão bom, lençóis e toalhas boas e banheiro limpo. Muito bom recomendo. A place closer to everything (supermarket, restaurants, etc). Friendly staff and the room was with all we needed. The only thing that you have to consider, if you want to wake up late in weekdays, is that the hotel is closer to a elementary school and you’ll heard the kids playing early in the morning. Beside that, is a great place.

Avoid at all cost the rooms located at the back.

We get a room located at the back of the building, whose windows are only a few steps away from an extremely noisy high school playground. Waking up at 7 am to the shouts of the boys playing ball wasn't a pleasant experience. The hotel staff told me that the hotel is a "urban hotel," which is something I should take into account when booking it. Yes, unbelievable. The room needed some maintenance, but the bed was comfortable, and the room looked decently clean. After two nights we were moved to a room in the front which was extremely better in all aspects, especially the silence during the morning. The breakfast was very good with a good quantity of different options.

Hotel bom! Limpo e muito agradável! Entretanto, o banheiro, por ser muitíssimo antigo, o chuveiro não sai muita água e é um chuveiro surpresa, pois quando está tomando banho, de uma vez vem água super fria e outra vem água fervendo. No mais, conseguindo um bom preço, vale a pena.

Hotel muito bom, quarto muito espaçoso. A localização é ótima. O café da manhã é poderia ter um pouco mais opções de frutas, mas tirando isso tudo é muito bom e quentinho. Recomendo a troca do vaso sanitário do meu apartamento, que já está bem desgastado.

Adoramos o quarto — espaçoso, silencioso e com uma ótima distribuição. A cama é confortável e o ambiente do hotel, de forma geral, é muito tranquilo. O café da manhã é bom, com um ambiente agradável. Recepcionistas atenciosos e solicitos. No entanto, alguns detalhes merecem atenção: havia um vazamento no box do chuveiro que acabava molhando boa parte do banheiro. As toalhas disponíveis estavam visivelmente desgastadas, e a limpeza deixou a desejar. No café da manhã, apesar da boa estrutura, notamos um comportamento um pouco inadequado por parte da equipe: conversas em tom alto, risadas excessivas e uso de celular com o som ativado, o que compromete a experiência de um ambiente que poderia ser mais calmo e acolhedor.
