Pros:
Pretty much everything. Its a completely renovated property. It's a short walk to Beale, the trolly, plenty of dining options. The curb appeal of the property doesn't give away the fact that the inside is amazing, or the fact that instead of a "room" you're getting an apartment for your stay. Its a beautifully maintained property and the property management company doesnt cheap out, heck even the toilet paper is quality. Check-in is wonderful..as is Check-out...you dont have to deal with anyone.
Cons: Not many, but a couple of things that we noticed on our stay. We were on the first floor and someone staying above us obviously had a toddler running around in the morning and we could hear every footstep. Not a huge deal, we are parents too, and we get it. Whatcha gonna do? Lock the kid in a closet?
The second thing... and honestly its something that could be fixed. The plumbing of the unit above you is exposed and you can hear every toilet flush.
Overwhelmingly it's a great property and a great place to stay. You can spend alot more in the area and have accommodations that are far less quality. We definitely recommend The Rambler and will certainly stay again.
