Minutes to Beale 4BR/3BA SFH

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was Rehabbed in 2023, however still retains a turn of the century craftsman charm. Right next to St. Jude, 5 minute drive to Beale st. and close to all the downtown attractions. This space offers a fully modern, stainless steel kitchen, surround sound, front and rear porches to lounge and a bar area for evening entertaining. Great for tourists visiting the attractions, St. Jude extended families or business travelers. No parties, out of town guests only.

Uptown is the neighborhood I've called home since 2016. It is a growing/changing neighborhood with new construction all around and good neighbors looking out for each other. You can walk around my neighborhood any time as long as you stay where you see the shorter/fancier street lamps. All of the local residents are very friendly, and go out of their way to say hi. If you are heading into downtown at night, or coming home late, I would recommend driving or getting Uber/Lyft.

Fun in Memphis
This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M

Girls Nashville Trip
Our trip was hindered by sickness and weather but those that were able to come had an awesome time. The house was perfect for our needs and the host went above and beyond with communication. If I had one suggestion it would be to add hooks in the bathrooms for clothes or towels. Great accommodations and would definitely recommend and return.

This house was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed. They were able to take our reservation quickly. The location was close to many of the Memphis attractions. The themed rooms and pac man game were a hit with our kids! You wont regret staying here!

We had a great time here! The house is newly renovated and super cute. It suited us perfectly for the number of people we had. It was easy to get in and out of and it was super convenient to downtown. We didn’t drive more than 10 minutes anywhere we wanted to go! We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood close to Beal Street
The house was beautiful. Our goal was to spend NYE on Beale Street and we had a blast. We also visited the Civil Rights Museum it was very educational. We loved the house, very spacious and furnished tastefully. We would love to visit again in the warmer months. Thank you for your hospitality.
