Air conditioner was not working. Called front desk and they came up to look at it and they said it's not working. Do you want to move rooms. I said yes. He said he will look for another room. This is a nice property. We had a slight hiccup trying to get our room cleaned and get towels and coffee, but we were only here for 3 nights and they had coffee downstairs. I would like to point out that the room we had definitely needs new mattresses on both beds. Holes in the middle and extremely soft.

Terrible Hotel Experience!!

Our stay had multiple time where we had power outages, we didn’t have towels for two days into our stay, our toilet started randomly backing up on us one night. I feel there should be a compensation or offer for two nights stay redeemable within a year. We had to go out and buy towel from Walmart and wash them to have proper bathing essentials. We didn’t signup for type of experience at a hotel.
