area was a block over from Beale st so noisy but convenient to walk over . Streets not clean & smelly . A few homeless persons around . Disappointed that little pool was not heated . Breakfast was good & breakfast staff was great.

Nice and close to Beale street, easy for the family to walk to restaurants and basketball stadium. Quiet enough at night even with all the music on Beale st. Good facilities but could do with another washing machine and dryer. One is not enough for a motel that size.

The from desk staff was amazing. Very friendly! The location was perfect. Loved Being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy music. Loved that they provided earplugs for sleeping if needed. Will be returning!

Everything at the hotel was good, and I would go back to it or other Hampton Inns, however our room looked out at Beale Street, and the music was loud until late at night. Ear plugs were provided, but they weren't all that good. So, if you want to stay here, walking distance from Beale Street, ask for a room on the side that is furthest from Beale Street!

Terrible Hilton. Couldn’t get in or out of room without using our shoulder like a football tackle. Both elevators were broken at one time and had to use the stairs. Ice machine was broken as well. Maintenance tried to fix our door but was unsuccessful. Won’t ever stay here again.
