Parking lot spots are not good for big vehicles or mid-size vehicles .its hard to get in or out of you car ,just to close to the next car on both sides.its probably something that will be never corrected. Other than that ,its the only place I will be staying when im in Memphis.

Rooms and staff are great. The carpet in the room we stayed in could use some cleaning. The next morning, restrooms in the lobby (both men's and women's) were clogged and unusable. That's not something you would expect in a hotel you pay over $300 per night.
