THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!! EVERYONE LIES!!!!
The hotel is poorly run with incompetent management and rude staff. They lied to our faces and said Expedia sent the wrong room type and gave us a king room instead of a double room. We had no choice other than to purchase another room after a long day of travel. There is major construction going on all day. There is no working TV in rooms. When we inquired with maintenance he said there was nothing they could do and it’s been like this for a while. There was food and crumbs in the sofa bed. It had clearly not been cleaned or vacuumed. The walls are paper thin with no insulation. You can hear everything. There was no hot water the first night. The second day we finally got hot water but you have to let the water run for at least twenty minutes. Like the water has to travel from the hot water tank on the first floor. Unacceptable! Our fire alarm went off in our room in the middle of the night. They have no maintenance staff on duty overnight in a hotel that has over 100 rooms! Front desk girl said she could refund us but we had to leave right then so that they could get it ready for the next guest. Their manager’s reception was horrible with the cheapest wine, old cheese and stale crackers, and bagged snacks like chips and cookies that you would pack in your kid’s lunch box. With all that transpired, manager said she would refund us in full for one of the rooms upon checking out. When we checked out, she lied again and said she would only refund one night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
