I rented this room for a family of five trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. I was excited to surprise my fam with the hot tub, and the separate bedrooms. Unfortunately the issues started as soon as I first walked through the rental with a bedroom door being off of it's hinges, which the host was aware of but did not fix nor disclose. Next, we discovered that the hot tub did not function correctly, and only half of the jets worked. I messaged the host, but got ghosted after trying to setup a time to get the issues fixed. There were many other minor things as well, such as the dishwasher being installed unsafely, not being enough towels for 5 people, pots/pans being in such poor shape they were nearly unusable, missing tv remotes, a broken master bed frame, washing machine that froze up, no hand soap or shampoo, trashed dartboard, shower falling apart, no brooms or other cleaning supplies, dirty dishes in drawers, etc.Pros:Hot tub still mostly worked, and got hot. Shower water pressure was very good. The floor plan was great for us, giving us space, but still close. I was very disappointed in the tub not working correctly, as this was the main reason I wanted to rent this space. Secondly, I wanted a dedicated private space for my teen daughter, but with the broken door didn't get that.I'm not sure if they just don't respect their paying customers or if it's just poorly managed, but I would not recommend this host unless something seriously changes.

The pictures are very deceiving. The place was not clean, it had a smell when you first walked in, and the pictures are not updated as to how the place look. The only thing that got more than one star is the communication with the host. She did answer when I called, even though it was late, but when I asked for a refund, due to how the house was, she then went ghost and did not answer.

Fun stay

Overall we had a great time. Loved how close to Graceland it was and also not far from downtown Memphis. We couldn't throw anything in the garbage barrel as it was full and notified Nicole right away and she was taking care of it. I loved that Nicole was so easy to get a hold of and responded to any questions right away. The king size bed could be replaced as a few of the legs were broken but that was really our only complaint.

Pictures are NOT better than words

Pictures are better than the property actually is. No news there. Most times that’s the case. The refrigerator didn’t work. Had to keep items on the freezer side. Didn’t just happen. Was like that upon arrival. Freezer side was all frosted up on back wall. That took awhile. Cannot email manager. Can only call and leave message. First night central heat quit. We turned it off and back on and thankfully it worked again. Was 59 degrees out first morning waking up. 🥶 Foosball table has no ball and leans so far over to one side you couldn’t play anyway. We played darts. Wasn’t there to play games but had an 18 year old with us so it would have been nice to have all the games listed in the ad. The master bath is smaller than a closet! Toilet, pedestal sink and shower. Nowhere to place toothpaste or toothbrush. Use it and remove it. Fairly clean. OK stay for two nights. Would not spend more than that there. Maintenance is iffy. Had it to do again I would stay in a hotel.

This property is fantastic! The owner, the interior design, etc, you feel that you are home. Very welcoming and absolutely comfortable. The owner is responsive and very attentive. We are so thankful for this property and the price! We will definitely be back!

Great find!

We loved our stay in this home! The home is older and is in an older neighborhood, but that actually made us feel much safer. Plus it was very quiet so we slept great. The home is well stocked with all of the kitchen items, towels, etc you need. And my teenagers loved the games in the front room and spent hours playing them! They also loved the record player and played a lot of Elvis music which got them excited for their visit to Graceland, which is literally minutes away. The check-in and out process was a breeze, and the property manager was great to work with! Glad we stayed here!
