Upon arriving to the hotel we were advised that due to the hard freeze there was no water because of broken/frozen pipes.
The manager on duty advised us that they couln't give us a refund since Expedia booked and paid for the rooms. The manager advised us that if we contacted Expedia that they would explain the issue and authorize the refund.
Expedia has reached out to the property but a manager has not returned their calls. Since the property has not held up their end, Expedia cannot refund our money.
Sorry way to treat a customer!
