Terrific hotel!

Great hotel with terrific amenities. Great breakfast and plenty of parking. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast staff were amazing at keeping food coming when anything ran out and tables were cleaned extremely fast.

My son got hurt at the pool and the front desk staff was useless when it came to helping me with some first aid assistance. In particular Mya at the front desk gave me the most unwelcoming look with no care for what had happened and didn’t even take any initiative to find ice or ensure we were ok. She simply just looked at me straight in the eye with no empathy at all. No incident report was even written or follow up was done. I asked for her name and she gave it with no care in world which gave me sense she didn’t care at all of any repercussions of her lack of customer service. That stare she gave me no customer service person hired in a role like that should have!! Awful!!!
