Villa Mavra is a beautiful villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi in the garden for vacation rental in San Foca, a renowned Salento beach resort along the Melendugno coast.
The 7-bed villa has a large garden and is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, ceiling fan blades, outdoor shower, washing machine, TV, electric oven, microwave, barbecue, jacuzzi, parking space etc.

The villa with pool is located in a residential complex with several villas and cottages.
A
large manicured garden welcomes with paths in the green and allows
access to the large pool with solarium and hammock, shared with another
house where the owner resides. Several cars can be parked inside the
property.
A green space is exclusive to Villa Mavra: here there is a heated Jacuzzi hot tub. A spacious covered veranda is furnished with a table, chairs and sofas for relaxing on summer evenings. Also present are an outdoor shower and barbecue.
From the veranda you enter the house. The interior consists of: living room with open kitchen, sofa, TV and air conditioning, 3 double bedrooms and 1 full shower room. The seventh bed is in the living room.

Villa
Mavra is located in San Foca, within a quiet residence not far from the
center. The beautiful vacation home is located in a residential area
within walking distance of the sea in San Foca.
Not far you can reach the beautiful beaches of Torre dell`Orso, Grotta della Poesia, Roca and Sant`Andrea and Otranto. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared garden and Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living-room.
