Walk to the MCG - Renovated House with backyard

Recently renovated home in great location one street down from Bridge Road with a wonderful partially covered back yard for lounging around.
Cleanliness is one of my top priotities to ensure a comfortable stay.
Walk to.the MCG or AAMI park for the footy or special events.
Located in one of the best active and buzzing suburbs in Melbourne right next to CBD. With the MCG, Trams, Train stations, Pubs, restaurants, parks, supermarkets and Epworth Hospital all within minutes, access getting anywhere in Melbourne is a Breeze.
CBD is literally minutes by Tram or train .
There is also a bath so ideal if you have young ones and large sized King Living lounge and master bedroom.
Cot and Highchair available upon request.
Coles is on the same street and a cafe a few doors down for your morning coffee and don't forget the farmers Market at the end of the street on Saturdays.
Kitchen and Laundry is fully equipped, condiments included with all the required cleaning and cooking utensils / equipment from pizza makers, nutribullets and toastie makers
For those of you that are into fitness or sports I have a Table Tennis, skate boards and basketballs or you can head down to the park at the end of the street for some out door training equipment and basketball. The back yard is dated but still clean very comfortable and a fantastic chill out area.
3 new Split system Aircon Units, Google chrome cast, PS3, Netflix or Stan, washing machine and clothes dryer all at your disposal.
I use a digital lock to make check in and access a breeze.

Comfortable character in a great location
Clean and well-appointed house within 5 minutes walk of more restaurants and cafes than you could ever manage to sample in one trip on Bridge Road. Easy walk to Melbourne Park and even to the city through Fitzroy Gardens. (We walked to Carlton and back.) Trams to the city and St Kilda also a 5 minute walk away. Daniel was great to deal with and available when we needed some advice. We also appreciated the little things that you don’t find in every holiday rental (washing powder!) that Daniel provided.

Peace and quiet but close to shops and hispital
The property was cosy and very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the supermarket, Bridge Road and the hospital where my husband was having an operation. Daniel even provided fresh bread and milk. It was extremely well equipped and we loved the back yard area where we could relax. We would love to stay there again if ever we were in that area

Very cosy and well located holiday home
We enjoyed our 8 day stay. The check in is simple, and the location close to the city, MCG and Rod Laver Arena etc, and to trains, trams and buses. The house is very comfortable and an easy walk to a supermarket, cafes and excellent restaurants, especially in Swan Street. Daniel is super helpful.
