I believed we paid for a city view. Being only able to see the buildings on the other side of the road is hardly a city view, particularly when the promotional photos show a much grander and wider view.

Central location. Beautiful comfy beds but was so noisy on flinders st and constant trains. Bathroom was small but function, liked the walk in shower. Had no sleep due to noise staying in a level 8 room. Room was tidy but cupboards sticky. 1 bedside light didn’t work.

We had a comfort studio without balcony which has a 2 burner stovetop no oven , microwave,toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. The unit was nicely fitted out and modern and good value. The only downside was the noise from the trains on the elevated track opposite .

No cleaning done in all our 5 days and 4 nights stay. They did offer to change the towels tho. The apartment assigned to us was at the 3rd flr and if you’re a light sleeper try to request a room in a much higher flr as you can still hear the street noise from the 3rd flr. The apartment is equipped with smart TV, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven and gas range. Air conditioner is located in the living room only. Wifi connectivity is good. Water pressure is ok. Less than 10 min walk to Southern Cross station and there’s a free tram stop in front of the hotel.

Property's best points were it was walking distance to everywhere on South Bank and the unit was spacious and clean. However the room we had was facing Flinders St and very noisy with trains going past into the middle of the night past 12 midnight and they started early morning again. Terrible if you were looking for a peaceful sleep.The so called block out blinds had gaps in the middle so they were not joined together throughout. So there was no block out. Definitely wouldn't stay again
