Nestled between the creek and the beach, you’re footsteps from Frankston and only a 15-minute walk from Kananook Station, connecting you to the CBD and surrounding suburbs. Sun-drenched and spacious, every creature comfort is catered to with heating and cooling, a central kitchen, two queen bedrooms and a private balcony overlooking the beach.
Enjoy an open floor plan with a large L-shaped couch fronting a 50" TV. Kick back and relax or socialise around the central island while dinner is being served. The well-equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials and the Milk Bar just down the road allows you to stock up on essentials with ease.

Two comfortable bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds and topped with hotel quality linen. Large windows soak the rooms with sun, while black out blinds and portable fans ensure a good night's sleep. From the second bedroom you can access the spacious balcony through sliding doors, offering a serene outdoor setting with waterfront views. The bathroom has a generously sized shower bath and is stocked with complimentary consumables.

The private laundry is fitted with a washing machine, hangers and ample space to dry and store washing after a long day at the beach, plus a second toilet. A secure undercover parking space is available for one car, but there is also free street parking.
