The 3 -level townhouse features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

Placing in wrong place on the wrong date will be fined $50 by the Body Corporate. If you're not sure where and when to pull the bins out, a good idea is to follow the neighbours.
Pls pull bins back home if you are staying during when they are emptied.
Please help us keep our home clean by taking care of all garbage you accumulate during your stay. We'd also appreciate it if you could separate waste, recycling, and organics into the designated bins. Tidy and spacious in a quiet area
3 of us stayed here and suited us perfectly. Located in an area close to trams and supermarket. 20/25 min walk to Southbank or Port Melbourne. Kitchen stocked with everything you needed. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. Easy check in process and good communication from hosts. Only thing i would highlight is that there is zero privacy from neighbouring properties due to large windows and proximity.. just had the blinds closed all day but otherwise i do recommend this place.

Our stay
Right top kitchen cupboard door needs fixing as it all most fell off each time we opened it. Only had 2 coffee cups for a 3 bedroom apartment was strange and no wine glasses only for champagne. Main bedroom very noisy couldn’t work out what it was, sounded like an air conditioner noise but the aircon wasn’t on. Apartment clean and tidy and really comfortable and good of street parking. A very quite neighbourhood close to the shops and the city. Wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay again.
