Welcome to The Vale!

This light-filled, one-bed, one-bath townhouse is perfect for guests visiting Melbourne and keen to base themselves within 1.5km of public transport going direct to the CBD, major racecourses, sporting arenas, shopping hubs and only a 15 minute drive to the airport.

You'll have exclusive use of the kitchen, lounge and outdoor space, and your own entrance. A separate self-contained residence downstairs may be occupied by the owner.

Guest spaces are located upstairs from a small entryway. A small study nook adjoins the large bedroom, with a desk and computer screens for those wishing to work. A private bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and vanity. The lounge is warm and comfortable, spacious and opening onto a balcony in view from the fully functioning kitchen. Entry is via a private pathway off a main road, with easy access to public transport and street parking and only two blocks away from a laundromat for longer stays!

The property was attractive and well located for seeing my family. There is little accomodation in Pascoe Vale so I was excited to find it.
