Stock up the fridge and stay put with a book while the kids play games in the yard or take a 10 minute walk to Balnarring Beach after grabbing a coffee or lunch at Tulum store. Nearby Balnarring Village is perfect for supplies.
An expansive rear deck backs onto Hans creek and is a beautiful spot for a BBQ, bird watching or backyard cricket.
There’s plenty to do here with games, a nearby reserve and playground and places to walk.
Keep warm in winter with a gas fire.
If you feel like getting out and about, the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has plenty of cafes, beaches, wineries, breweries, and walking trails to explore.
Pets welcome though fencing is not suitable for fence jumpers or those keen to escape.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 30 minutes drive down south.
