Room was comfortable but dark Natural light was limited as window faced concrete wall of building next door. Dark Curtains didn't help. But facilities in room were good. Bed very comfortable. Parking good. Staff very friendly Restaraunt understaffed when I was there. Good took 40 mins to arrive. Poor guy did exceptional work to keep us informed and food served.

We booked online and asked for a double bed but we were allocated a room with two beds. Rang reception and they changed our room straight away. Lovely view of St Kilda Road but so noisy especially with the trams! We were also charged for parking which we weren't expecting. $25 per night but the car was safe and under cover.

Quite spacious and good value for money. I found the room very quiet, even though I was right next to the lift well. The overhead light in the bedroom was broken/missing and probably had been for some time. With only lamps and no windows, the room was very dark and cave like. Good for sleeping, but not for packing/unpacking. I found an item of underwear in the wardrobe left by a previous guest.

Booked for 4 adults and a child. Had to request extra bed and was then charged for it (refunded after showing my initial booking). There was still food from previous guests in one fridge. Nice place for families if they could get there cleaning/admin in order

The option for no service saves lots and still have all the great facilities of the hotel. Cost of parking is a little steep.

The location was great in regards to the trams and the fining choices were amazing! Woolworths was across the road. The furnishings were simple, tha mattress had brown stains on it and the smell of the rubbish chute permeated the air as soon as the lifts opened. So, take the good with the bad.
