In the main living area, stretch out on soft sofas and stream your favourite shows beside the decorative fireplace. A second lounge offers extra seating and calming views of the garden, perfect for relaxed conversation or quiet evenings.

Prepare hearty meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and generous bench space for easy prep. Then gather around the large timber dining table for eight to share food. Step out onto the sun-drenched deck, where cushioned outdoor lounges and a gas BBQ set the scene for relaxed alfresco dining. Beyond, the lush backyard offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by native greenery and the coastal breeze.

After an active day, recharge in one of three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite at the front of the home features a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV for late-night movies and an armchair for quiet reads. Store belongings in the walk-in robe and unwind in the ensuite. Toward the rear, a second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers ample storage and flexibility with two king single beds and a roll-out single trundle bed, perfect for kids or friends. These rooms share a family bathroom with a bathtub, shower and separate toilet for added convenience. A private washer and dryer are available to keep your laundry routine simple during your extended visit.

Enjoy year-round comfort with individual split-system heating and cooling units in each bedroom and the main living area, plus central heating and ceiling fans throughout. Please note that the fireplace in the living room is decorative only and not functional. Off-street parking is available for up to three vehicles across the carport and driveway. A standard plug is located under the carport for EV charging with a BYO adaptor.
