No communication!
Pictures that were shown, booking, check-in. Everything was great and everything seemed good. Once we got inside it was very pretty and everything, but we ended up finding bugs on our bed, they were on the bottom of the window frame (main bedroom) all in the corner of one of the walls in the bathroom. There were baby spiders, and there was also a baby spider in the main bedroom bed as well! Tried reaching out numerous times through the app and also went to the leasing office to have someone come out and clean the room properly while we were still there and no one was ever sent to the room and we never spoke to anyone!!! Definitely will not book back to stay. If they would have had someone to come out and clean the room or give us a different room or anything, I wouldn’t have anything negative to say about the place because it was really pretty but the fact that we complained numerous times and nothing was done is very frustrating.
