An overly long form to sign on check in. You couldn’t read it because the print was small and the lighting dismal. I think this is poor - the hotel shouldn’t require guests to sign documents that they can’t read.

This place is the perfect accommodation for late night arrivals or early departures. It’s so close. Great coffee shop and dining options downstairs too.

Although the young man in reception when we arrived did his best for us, the hotel appeared to be understaffed in reception. The room was adequate, but had no heating. Ling, in reception, was very helpful to us as we prepared for a late departure for our next flight, but again she was the only one on duty in reception.

The staff were lovely and helpful, had everything you needed maybe a few more pkts of coffee and sugar would be good. Shampoo and conditioner in one not a fan at all. Very convenient tho definitely would stay again

Nice enough but the hottest room temp for the second time. Stayed twice now but that’s it. Whole purpose of staying there is sleep but not when you can’t even have the sheets on because the room is so hot. Not again.
