Loved this place, would highly recommend and use again. The breakfast buffet was top notch, great vegan/healthy options including cut fruit and vegies to make fresh juices, infused water, soy milk, coconut yogurt, range of fruits, seeds and nuts. Not an issue but just disagree with the extra charge to use pool.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The Ibis is conveniently located near the airport which was great for our early morning flight. The room was very clean and well presented. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Having 24 hour concierge was amazing and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Ubers park just around the corner so we never had any wait times. If we ever travel to Melbourne again, we will definitely stay at the Ibis.

This is stripped back service and stripped back spartan rooms. I guess you pay for what you get and an airport location. No phone in the room so Fahd to go down to reception to seek help with my air-conditioning not working. apparently I should have received What'sApp message when I arrived, but it only came in an hour later. so make sure you have WhatApp to communicate here.
