Relatively close to the city
The house is a fairly new build. Bathrooms and kitchens are appointed well. The property is located on a main road. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs. It wasn't an issue for our group though. The house could do with a deep clean and updates to some of the furniture and better linen. Overall our stay was good.

“Double booked”
Arrived at the property at 9:30pm only to find that it had been rented out to someone else! Had to try to find alternative accommodation on Formula 1 weekend in Melbourne. Stayz so far refusing to reimburse for the extra costs incurred. Terrible experience!

Great location, that's about it.
Grass almost up to knees. Massive leak in the entryway ceiling. Cracked window. Broken towel rail. Leak under the sink. Stains on sheets. Only 1 teatowel. 4 coffee cups for 6 people. Contacted the owner and although the under-sink leak was repaired, I was made to feel guilty for complaining about the rest. The owner stated he was overseas and could not attend to anything, constantly changing his story and making me feel like I was doing him a favour by renting the house. Great location.

Good size and location for a short stay, missing some appliances (toaster, dishwasher out of order) but this was manageable for just a few days. Some areas not 100% clean but nothing major.

Four day stay in Melbourne
A lovely place to stay. Very clean and pleasant interior and the number of bedrooms gave real flexibility for sleeping arrangements. Well built and quite quiet inside even though situated on a main road. The host was very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival. Great to have off street parking and be a ten minute stroll to the train station. A perfect spot to explore Melbourne from!
