It is suitable for families or visitors seeking accommodations which is quiet, spacious, bright and safe place while affordable.
Was designed to extend the space for beloved family member to stay close-by, so there is a door connected and remain locked for rental purpose.

This place is equipped with:
Kitchen/Dining: spacious 5 seats dining table, open plan kitchen with pantry and large fridge.
Lounge: 2 large sofas - 1can be pull out and turn as a double bed and one 3 seats sofa , 1 smart TV and plenty storage in the side cupboards, 1 modern glass coffee table.
Bedroom 1: A queen side bed, 1 study desk and a study chair, looking at the side front/corner yard.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds with a study desk and a study chair, looking at the backyard.
Both bedroom has large wardrobes.
Laundry: a spacious laundry with Samsung washing machine and a dryer, large sink and working table/storage for daily laundry management
Bathroom: A baby bathtub, a toilet and a shower are (you might find the shower space quite limited )
Guest Access:
You have the entire granny flat for your stay.
We don't usually open the access to our back yard unless you have special needs. Let us know.
