Won’t stay again.

Room was not clean. Have stayed at this location before and enjoyed our stay. Not this trip. The Wi-Fi was not working. Room was moldy and we both felt stuffy and sick with a sore throat after our stay. Coffee and breakfast choices were limited.

The stay at the hotel was very good, very clean, well taken care of and the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel. The Wi-Fi was down for awhile but not very long, if this had been a one night stay, not having hangers wouldn’t have been an issue but staying 4 nights made it difficult. And we were told we couldn’t have any more. The negative part of this trip was that I was charged twice for my room. When I got home a tried to clear this up, I called the main number and talked with customer service. I was assured they would would get back to me very quickly. So far, 4 days ago, I have not gotten any emails except to ask me to fill out a survey. The charge has since been taken off my credit card but this lack of follow up has left a negative feel about my stay. (Which otherwise was a good stay)

Good value for the money

Very clean throughout. Up-to-date decor and not run-down, comfortable king bed, slightly smaller than average room, average breakfast, good price. The ultimate question is, "would I stay there again?" Yes.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was constantly cleaning the common area, and the Lobby smelled fresh and clean everytime you walked through the door. The staff was very accommodating. We had a small issue with our TV on Superbowl Sunday and Jahiem handled it immediately and he was so nice! This place is conveniently located by great eating spots and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again.
