This recently constructed 2-level house is located in the prestigious Martha Cove precinct (Safety Beach), Martha Cove is located between Dromana, Mount Martha and Mornington. The property boasts 5 large bedrooms with 2 master bedrooms (both have ensuites). Wifi and linen is included in the costing.

The property is only a short scenic walk to the Safety Beach beachfront which boasts iconic boathouses, the yacht club and cliff walks (approx 10 minute walk). There is a kids playground/park with swings within a 10 minute walk, and it's a 10 minute walk to Safety Beach shops; 20 minutes to Dromana shops or 5 minute drive; Mornington boutique shops, Wednesday market, bars & restaurants a 10 minute drive; Safety Beach Golf Course 5 minute walk and the Peninsula's best Golf Courses within 20 minutes; Red Hill Wineries and Hot Springs within a 15 minute drive; Martha Cove boat ramp a 1 minute drive & Beach boat ramp 3 minute.....once you launch dock on your own private berth!

DOWNSTAIRS:
Boasts a large open plan living area with with both indoor & weather protected outdoor dining which provide amazing waterfront views for perfect entertaining. The outdoor dining area has a plumbed in 6 burner bbq, sink and fridge. Each table seats 10 plus there is an infant highchair.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and there is also a butlers pantry, stone benchtops, dishwasher, 2 large ovens, induction stove, microwave, toaster & kettle, etc.

In the main living area there is a lounge, gas fireplace and a hard wired internet 70 inch TV for easy streaming . There is also a second lounge area at the front of the house with two comfy sofas, a hard wired 70 inch TV a DVD player and large range of DVDs.

There is kids playroom/retreat with a desk, quality toys, Wii console. A double bunk and single bed are located in the kids retreat.

The separate laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

UPSTAIRS:
Has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuites. The master1 ensuite has a bath and spectacular views of the canal. All bedrooms have build in robes apart from the Master1 which has a huge walk-in waredrobe.

There is a 2 car garage with an electric door and direct access into the house and the driveway can fit 4 cars.

A relaxing haven
This home was a last-minute find after previously booked accommodation was cancelled the day before. My family and two others were coming from interstate for a quiet, relaxing holiday together and we thanked our lucky stars that a stressful mishap turned into us staying at this haven in Safety Beach. The house was spotless, immaculately maintained and very well appointed with furnishings, premium fittings, tea, Nespresso coffee pods, fluffy towels, lots of plates and glasses plus brand new cleaning, laundry and kitchen supplies, the list goes on! Nancy, the host, was very accommodating, available and had clearly thought of everything. She was the dream host in a dream home. We stayed for 3 nights and only left the house twice. All six adults and our kids aged between 4 to 12 thoroughly enjoyed having our own "wings" of the house. The kids had the rumpus room with the TV (they brought their Ninendo Switch console and controllers), the bedroom with toys, the garage with bikes and scooters and the backyard basketball ring. The adults enjoyed camping ourselves on the back lawn, BBQing in the outdoor room, dining table and sectional lounge. We would be more than happy to make this a regular place to retreat to. Thank you so much, Nancy, for sharing your beautiful property with so much love and care!

Beautiful property! Amazing stay along the marina. Very clean. Communication with owner fantastic. Great place to stay with shared families. Lots of room. View from the backyard is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway for Family from Tassie to Safety Beach to attend weekend
The property had a very relaxing feel. We came with the whole grown up family including Nan and my pregnant daughter. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The rooms were big and comfortable and great to have three bathrooms and four toilets. Sitting outside was amazing watching the traffic on the canal.We could have stayed longer.
