A beautiful place with horrible attitude and an awful service.

The place could've got perfect five for the property itself, but, as a family that travels quite a bit, we were surprised by the unprofessional service we got. It started by a request to send an additional deposit check of 4 times higher (!!!) the deposit requested upon reservation. The lady that "welcomed" us to the place was very rude and impatient. The baby chair we asked for was not supplied, and when calling to ask for it, we got no answer, but instead a text message saying: "what do you want????". Actually we left the place after a wonderful week at the alps of Megeve thinking it is all based on language gaps, but when returning home we got a mail saying we will be charged for the nearly the cost of an extra night!!! from the deposit, for 3 glasses broken when washing dishes, and the "loss" of keys we don't recall receiving. Too bad, the place is very nice...
