Zentrale Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig. Viele Unternehmungen möglich, zu Fuß, mit dem Rad, dem Bus und natürlich auch mit dem Auto.

Das Niveau der Unterkunft war sehr gut und das Appartement war geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Störend war der Zigarettengestank von den Balkonen, weil dort das Rauchen gestattet war. Positiv war die Parkplatzzuordnung zur Unterkunft.
