Gorgeous home in Pula

This beautiful 3-bedroom villa with private swimming pool is in an excellent location in the village of Premantura near Pula. The villa is in short walking distance from the protected Cape Kamenjak Nature Park. Premantura is surrounded by nature a rarity. South of the town lies Cape Kamenjak: a protected landscape, 9.5 kilometres long and 1.5 kilometres wide, with a total of 30 kilometres of rugged coastline. In no other place in the world is the sea as blue-green and clean as here, at the southernmost tip of Istria. There are numerous rocky beaches and pebbly bays. Outside there is a beautifully manicured garden with a private pool and a large, covered dining area with a built-in barbecue. Inside there is a spacious living area and 3 double bedrooms on the upper floor. The villa is air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi and a mini gym. 2 parking spaces are available.

Premantura is synonymous with beautiful and unspoilt nature. It is located right next to the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park. This is the southernmost part of Istria, where the sea has an irresistible blue-green colour. The city of Pula with its historical monuments is only a short drive away, so if you decide to explore nature and the history and architecture of Istria, it is not a problem. Due to the favourable winds, it is ideal for water sports in summer, but also in late autumn. At the end of October, the attractive gathering of surfers - Hallowind takes place. For those who want to immerse themselves in the fascinating underwater world, there are many diving centres in the city. This is one of the few destinations with a beach for the visually impaired. It should also be emphasised that Premantura offers a private dialysis clinic. Premantura is a small town with many surprises. Premantura is an adventure.

We had a weeks stay at the Villa Beauty in the last week of May and we all totally loved it. The villa is very spacious both inside and out and is equipped with everything you could need and is spotlessly clean. Tjasa is a lovely helpful lady and is on hand only next door for any questions and is great with local knowledge and with suggestions of the best places to visit around Prementura and Istria. She even acknowledged my birthday whilst we were there. Prementura is a lovely village to stay with its restaurants, shops, bakeries and ice cream parlours but it’s not too busy or commercialised. We had some lovely meals out. Kamenjak nature park which is literally down the road from the Villa is beautiful and we loved exploring and swimming in the sea there. Would definitely visit again.

Wir haben 14 wunderbare Tage in der Villa verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Terrasse mit Pool ist traumhaft und bietet allen Komfort für entspannte Sonnentage. Das vollklimatisierte Haus ist super ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts mangelt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft bei allen Fragen rund um den Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Villa ist super! Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen! Autos können getrost die ganze Woche in der Garage bleiben! Die Besitzerin ist sehr bemüht und alles war perfekt von ihr organisiert! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
