Welcome to this beautiful and new property located in a quiet residential area in Banjole, just 4 km from Medulin. It is an ideal retreat from the stress of everyday life, yet only a short drive from the beautiful beaches and other well-known tourist attractions. The interiors are bright, well furnished and modern. On the first floor there is the equipped kitchen with the dining area and the living room with direct access to the terrace. The property consists of three bedrooms, two double and one children's room with bunk beds. Outside you will find a cozy pool, a covered terrace and the lounge area. There is also a barbecue for delicious dinners. The entire property is walled and protected for privacy during your vacation. The property is perfect for a family vacation!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt gewesen.Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert.Es lag alles sehr zentral und wir hatten verschieden Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.Ebenso hatten wir eine Auswahl an Stränden und Strandbars.Der Pool war perfekt zum Relaxen und auch für unsere größeren Jungs war er super. Wir sind happy nachhause gefahren.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sauber, modern und großzügig. Der Pool ist schön, besonders toll für kleinere Kinder. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Ein wirklich tolles Haus!!
